Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Magic Publer (the “Service”), available at magic-publer.pl and operated by the operator of Magic Publer (“we”, “us”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. The Service

Magic Publer is a web tool that lets users connect their own TikTok account through TikTok Login Kit and publish videos they choose to that account through TikTok's Content Posting API. The Service is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by TikTok. “TikTok” is a trademark of its respective owner.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be allowed to use TikTok under TikTok's own terms and, in the EEA, be at least 16 years old. You may only connect TikTok accounts that you own or are authorized to manage. You are responsible for all activity carried out through your connected accounts.

3. Your content

You keep all rights to the videos and captions you post. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, process and transmit your content to TikTok solely to provide the Service. We do not edit your videos and do not add watermarks, logos or promotional links.

You confirm that you have all rights needed to post your content, including rights to any music, and that your content complies with TikTok's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, Music Usage Confirmation and, where applicable, the Branded Content Policy. You are responsible for correctly disclosing commercial content.

4. Posting only with your confirmation

Videos are sent to TikTok only after you press “Post to TikTok”. TikTok may review, limit, reject or remove content, and may apply limits to how often you can post. Publishing results depend on TikTok and are outside our control.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use the Service to: post content that is illegal, infringing, harmful, deceptive or spam; post to accounts you are not authorized to use; circumvent TikTok's limits or rules; automate bulk posting; interfere with or attack the Service; or reverse engineer or resell it.

6. Price and payment

Posting requires paid access. Access currently costs a one-time payment of USD 20.99 for 12 months (see Pricing) and includes up to 3 connected TikTok accounts. We do not limit the number of posts, but TikTok's own posting limits apply.

Payments are processed by Stripe on its secure payment page. This is not a subscription: nothing renews or is charged automatically. Access starts when the payment is confirmed and ends 12 months later; paying again adds 12 months to the current end date. Prices are in USD and may exclude applicable taxes.

If you are a consumer in the EU, you may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days. If you have already published videos through the Service, you acknowledge that the service has been partly provided, and a refund may be reduced proportionally. To request a refund, email futisland.work@gmail.com.

7. Availability and changes

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it, including when TikTok changes its APIs or policies.

8. Termination

You can stop using the Service at any time by disconnecting your account or deleting your data in the app. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or TikTok's policies.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, lost data or content, or for actions taken by TikTok. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including consumer rights.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence. Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of Poland unless the law requires otherwise.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change and continued use of the Service after changes means you accept them.
